Why should you listen to me?
I am no different than you. I started my salon over 17 years ago, and Boy Howdy, I have learned a few things over the years. I write this blog for small salon owners because I think that you shouldn’t have to learn everything the hard way (like I did!) And you should never feel like you are in this alone.
In addition to running a salon and writing this blog and another one, I also serve on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certified Haircolorists, work as a Guest Artist for Kadus haircolor, and teach workshops for small salon owners to help them level the playing field with the big salons in their market. (Wow! When I say it all in a row, it sounds like a lot. I’m tired just thinking about it!)
Never feel like you can’t compete with the big guys! There are enough clients for everyone. I promise.

I found your site while searching around for Touchsutie Salon Information. If I could ask, how do you feel about the Touchsuite system? Have you had any problems with the system, set up or support?
